Who can apply? Refugee or Displaced Person (assessed by TBB as being in need of international protection/durable solution).
Location of applicant Lebanon/Jordan until August 2024, then anywhere.
What family members can be includedAdult spouse or registered partner, children below 18 years of age, and disabled children (regardless of age). Other dependent children might be able to join the main applicant if they are below 25 and are still dependent on the parents, however this falls outside the right to family reunification and is based on a humanitarian visa. Licensing requirements (eg. for healthcare roles)For some professions (e.g. nurses, drivers, etc.), official registration/accreditation might be required. While that might not always be a requirement for the first application to the single permit, it will have to be obtained upon arrival and be requested for applications for renewal.
